What you'll study

The first year combines core advanced business courses with specialisation-track modules. At SKEMA Raleigh the first year is adapted to the local environment; outside France students may follow M1 courses from the Grande École and receive equivalency credits.

• Core courses (22 credits): Strategy (4), Corporate Finance (4), Marketing Studies (3), AI in Business Contexts (2), Languages (choose one of six) (2), Key Skills for Corporate Transition (2), Excel Fundamentals and Applications (2), Python programming (2), Career Management (1).
• Specialisation track courses (8 credits) — follow your chosen track plus one additional specialisation course. Examples provided: Finance track: Financial Reporting and Analysis (4), Financial Markets Analysis (4); Marketing track: Digital Marketing (4), Luxury Marketing (4); Business Strategy & Management track: Digital Business (4), Leadership and communication (4).
• The semester composition gives a total of 30 credits for one semester; the full first year is worth 60 ECTS credits taught over one year.

To validate year one and progress to year two students must obtain 60 ECTS and complete at least two months' professional experience; if this is not completed by the end of year one, a six-month work experience will be required by the end of year two.

Entry requirements

The programme is open to candidates who have completed a three-year university degree (or equivalent) plus an English test validated at the required level. Admission is rolling but places are limited; applicants are advised to apply early. The choice of MSc specialisation must be made before starting the Two-Year MSc.

Career prospects

Graduates progress into specialised master-year programmes and then into professional roles aligned with their MSc specialisation. For students completing the final two semesters in Raleigh in specific specialisations (International Business or Financial Markets & Investments), non-US citizens may apply for Optional Practical Training (OPT), which can permit up to 12 months' work authorisation in the USA upon successful completion of coursework and eligibility for an Employment Authorisation Document.

Scholarships & funding angle (general)

Tuition rates vary by MSc and campus; the programme page lists a headline fee of €38,000.
