A vocational master that combines consulting methods, corporate strategy and applied decision intelligence (AI, ML and data tools). Suited to graduates aiming for consulting firms or analytics roles in industry who want hands‑on consulting practice plus a choice of specialist tracks.

What you'll study

The programme runs across two semesters. In the fall term students on both campuses develop three core competencies:

  • Business consulting: project management, consulting tools, critical thinking and applied research methods delivered by senior executives from firms such as EY, CapGemini, Accenture, Deloitte, Roland Berger and others.
  • Business acumen: strategic environment analysis, business model and process alignment, organisational and digital transformation, optimisation techniques, globalisation and sustainability perspectives taught by SKEMA academic staff.
  • Decision intelligence: application of AI and machine learning, data fusion, visualization and collaboration tools to support and augment managerial decisions; taught by decision intelligence specialists.

In the spring semester students select one of three specialisation tracks (one track only):

  • Digital Sustainability Consulting (Campus Sophia Antipolis): foundations of sustainability and digital transformation, ESG reporting and audits, supply‑chain decarbonisation, energy transition and technology transformation; plus modern digital technologies for operational optimisation and new revenue sources. (Note: last intake at Sophia Antipolis in Fall 2026.)
  • Business Intelligence Consulting (Campus Paris): linking data to decisions with courses in data science and financial intelligence to design KPIs and detect market trends that inform management choices.
  • Sécurité Économique (Campus Paris, in French): delivered at the École Militaire de Paris by IHEMI, combining instruction from former CEOs, generals, police officers and consultants on new risks, economic security, web3/OSINT and crisis management.

Research exposure: students complete a master thesis to apply academic research methods and deepen expertise in a chosen area.
