Format: blended learning. Only 20 days of physical presence on campus are required to help participants balance professional commitments with study. The programme includes four 5-day residential weeks on SKEMA campuses in Paris (France), Dubai (UAE), Suzhou & Shanghai (China), and Belo Horizonte & Rio de Janeiro (Brazil); the remainder is delivered online via live webinars and self-study modules.
Applicants must hold either a master’s degree or equivalent (5 years of higher education), or a bachelor’s degree, and demonstrate significant professional experience since obtaining their degree. The programme targets professionals already working or transitioning careers—not recent students. Proficiency in English is required; while a formal test is not mandatory, candidates must demonstrate ability equivalent to IELTS 7, TOEIC 870 or TOEFL 580. SKEMA can admit applicants with disabilities and offers assessment of support measures at campuses.
The GEMBA is aimed at directors, middle or senior managers and senior project managers who want to advance their careers, move into more strategic roles, contribute to their organisation’s success or launch new ventures. Graduates are prepared to take on responsibilities that require leading complex, cross-functional transformations, managing multicultural teams and applying AI-informed, sustainable strategies to create value.
The tuition fee is stated at €60,000. SKEMA alumni and members of partner networks such as PWN Global may be eligible for a 20% tuition reduction (bringing the alumni rate to €48,000). A processing fee of €120 is required at application. SKEMA indicates that various financing solutions are available to candidates; prospective applicants should contact the school for details on sponsorship, payment plans or employer funding.
