SKEMA Business School

20 Programs 2 Degree levels

A specialist master’s programme focused on managerial and marketing challenges in the global luxury sector. It suits graduates seeking careers in luxury retail, client relationship management, digital strategy or brand roles, especially those wanting industry-linked training and international campus experience.

What you'll study

The curriculum is organised around two specialisations. The Retail Excellence – Client Relationship Management track is taught fully in Dubai, developed with LVMH, emphasises client relationship management and data use including artificial intelligence, and includes an LVMH "Retail Excellence & Client Relationship Management" certificate. The Luxury Digital Marketing & Strategy track combines a semester at NYU School of Professional Studies (New York) with a semester at SKEMA in Paris and may allow students to earn a Graduate Certificate from NYU SPS. The programme highlights international exposure, operational vision, digital skills and customer-centric approaches relevant to luxury businesses.

Entry requirements

Applicants must have completed high school plus three years of tertiary study (Bachelor degree). Instruction is in English and the programme starts in September. Recruitment is on a rolling-admissions basis; candidates are advised to apply early. Specific campus and partner-university application deadlines are published by SKEMA and vary by location.

Career prospects

Graduates are prepared for roles in luxury retail management, client relationship and CRM roles, digital marketing and strategy for luxury brands, and positions requiring cross-border retail or brand operations knowledge. The LVMH collaboration and the NYU semester provide industry-recognised certificates and international exposure that can support entry into luxury group programs, retail operations and brand-side marketing functions.
