The program is aimed at applicants who hold a bachelor’s degree in a non‑education field and who are working in a classroom as a long‑term substitute or under a temporary teaching certificate.

Career prospects

Graduates demonstrate InTASC‑aligned teaching skills through portfolio artifacts and the program is intended to support entry into the classroom under alternative certification routes where permitted. Typical outcomes are preparation for certified classroom teaching roles in districts and states that accept alternative certification.
