Cost & earnings at Babson College What students borrow here, and what they go on to earn
A two-year, part-time online master’s aimed at founders and early-stage entrepreneurs who want to develop a real venture while studying. The program combines seven-week asynchronous courses, live virtual sessions, mentorship and a structured path to an investor-ready launch plan.
The curriculum is organised in three modules that together total 30 credits.
Courses emphasise Babson’s Entrepreneurial Thought & Action (ET&A) methodology and teach skills such as strategic opportunity formulation, creative design thinking, entrepreneurial mindset, managing uncertainty through agile experimentation, and venture impact measurement. The online experience combines podcast-style lectures, AI-supported tutors trained on course content, and periodic live sessions with faculty and guest speakers.
The program is delivered part time and online. GRE/GMAT scores are not required. Exact application materials and any other admissions criteria should be confirmed on Babson’s official admissions pages; the published application deadline is October 28, 2026.
Graduates leave with a completed launch plan and the opportunity to pitch for investment through an exclusive MSBC pitch event called the Chomper. The program connects students with Babson’s alumni network — over 48,000 alumni across 126 countries — and provides mentorship that supports venture formation, fundraising readiness and early-stage scaling. Outcomes are focused on founding or advancing startup ventures rather than traditional corporate training alone.
An Inaugural Class Scholarship is available to admitted students who deposit and begin classes in Spring 2027; all admitted members of the first MSBC cohort qualify. The program notes no visa eligibility, so international students should consider funding and immigration implications before applying.
