What you'll study

Core and concentration-specific topics integrate biblical/theological foundations with hands-on ministry formation. Curriculum examples provided by the programme include:

• Women and Scripture (examining roles of women in the Old Testament within the ancient world)
• Soul Care in Leadership (incarnational approaches to caring for others and spiritual care)
• Biblical Foundations of Leadership (study of Jesus and biblical leaders to shape leadership character)
• Practical Ministry Apprenticeship (mentored field experience in a chosen ministry area)
• Interpersonal Communication & Conflict (relational skills, small group dynamics, and conflict management)

Entry requirements

Applicants must normally hold a four-year bachelor’s degree (or equivalent for international students). Official transcripts and a spiritual life reference are required. Students from non-accredited pre-seminary institutions or with undergraduate GPAs below 2.5 may be admitted on academic restriction. Applicants without a bachelor’s degree but with ministry experience may be considered if they meet ministry and research/writing conditions; international applicants must include TESOL test scores and a financial certificate. Graduates are prepared to lead women’s and related ministries across church, parachurch, and mission settings. Specific roles cited by the programme include:
