What you'll study

The programme combines core courses in educational leadership with applied study in supervision, school law, finance and curriculum development. Students complete a practicum or internship in a school or district setting to apply leadership skills in real-world contexts; many pathways also include a capstone project or portfolio demonstrating competency in administration and supervision. Coursework emphasises adult learning, change management, conflict resolution, and strategies for supporting teacher development and student achievement.

Entry requirements

Applicants should hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and typically hold or be eligible for teacher certification or relevant educational licensure. Most applicants are expected to have professional experience in PK–12 education; specific experience requirements vary by programme option.

Standard application materials include official transcripts, a statement of purpose outlining leadership goals, a current résumé or curriculum vitae, and letters of recommendation.
