The programme builds a broad foundation in management and applied economics, balancing core MBA subjects with sector-relevant electives and an applied capstone. Core topics typically include managerial accounting, corporate finance, marketing management, organisational behaviour and leadership, strategic management, operations and supply chain management, business ethics, and quantitative methods for business.

In addition to core modules, students study applied economics topics such as microeconomic and macroeconomic analysis for managers, industrial economics, international trade and policy, and applied econometrics. Electives allow specialisation in areas such as finance, marketing, entrepreneurship, human resource management, data analytics for business, and international business.
