Entry requirements

Entry is intended for learners with a general level of education and interest in property. Typical criteria include:

• Completion of secondary education or an equivalent qualification (for example a Level 2 diploma or GCSEs), or demonstrable relevant workplace experience;
• Functional competence in English and mathematics at a recognised level (often GCSE grade or equivalent);
• Some applicants may be accepted through an interview or assessment day, and mature learners with substantial relevant experience are considered;
• Where English is not a first language, evidence of English language competence may be requested.
