What you'll study

The curriculum combines online coursework, two summer residencies (Kairos Institutes), residencies in Wilton, NH, and local practicum experience. Core elements include:

• Spring I (online, usually beginning with a one-week early January intensive): Human Development II; Research II; Education for Social Renewal (student research focus)
• Summer I (three-week July residency with pre/post virtual work): Kairos Institute I; Transdisciplinary Learning; Evolving Consciousness; Leadership Development; Healing Aspects of Music; Healing Practices I
• Spring II (online): Contemplative Inquiry I; Internship or practicum at a local site
• Summer II (two-week July residency with pre/post virtual work): Kairos Institute II; Trauma- and Grief-informed Teaching; Foundations of Human Experience; The Writer’s Voice; Healing Image in Story and Color; Eurythmy III; Healing Practices II

Entry requirements

Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree or have completed at least 60 credits at an accredited institution. Admission is open to those with 5–7 years of professional experience working from anthroposophical foundations or to candidates who will have completed stage 2 of the Camphill School of Curative Education and Social Therapy prior to entry. The program enrolls a cohort every other spring.
