What you'll study

The curriculum balances core business fundamentals (finance, marketing, strategy) with leadership and data skills, organized into certificate-sized blocks and electives. Core certificate sequences listed in the program are:

• Certificate in Ethical and Responsible Leadership (9 hours): CMBA 636 Global Leadership and Organizational Development; CMBA 640 Achieving Maximum Impact; CMBA 635 Corporate Social and Legal Responsibility.
• Certificate in Business Analytics and Finance (9 hours): CMBA 603 Accounting Principles for Financial Statement Analysis; CMBA 655 Data Analytics and Visualization; CMBA 604 Financial Management.
• Certificate in Strategic Thinking and Change Management (9 hours): CMBA 607 Strategic Marketing; CMBA 602 Managerial Economics; CMBA 680 Strategic Foresight for Managing Change.

Students select 9 hours of electives/specialization. Available certificates/concentrations (9 hours) include Data Analytics, Engineering Management, Project Management, and Packaging Engineering with a Concentration in Supply Chain Management. Fully online specializations (9 hours, via consortium) include Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Cybersecurity, Finance and Healthcare Management. Total program requirement: 36 credit hours.

Entry requirements

• Graduate program application
• One official transcript from each previously attended college or university
• Current resume/CV showing at least 2 years of work experience
• Statement of purpose
• International applicants must also submit a course-by-course NACES credential evaluation, official English proficiency scores (minimum equivalent: TOEFL iBT 82, IELTS 6.0, PTE 59, or Duolingo 115), copy of passport, current bank statement and affidavit of sponsorship.
