What you'll study

The programme combines advanced coursework in nursing theory, health systems and evidence-based practice with specialty learning in Nursing Administration, Nursing Research and Clinical Nursing. Typical modules cover advanced pathophysiology, advanced pharmacology, healthcare leadership and finance, quality improvement, informatics, research methods and statistics, and population health. Specialist topics vary by pathway and may include organisational behaviour and strategic management (Nursing Administration), research design, biostatistics and applied research practicum (Nursing Research), and advanced clinical assessment, complex care management and clinical decision-making (Clinical Nursing).
