The programme combines advanced nursing theory, research methods and applied leadership content. From that shared foundation, students follow one of three pathways with specialised modules and practicum components:

• Nursing Administration: courses focus on healthcare systems and finance, organisational leadership, human resource management in nursing, quality improvement and risk management, strategic planning, and healthcare law and policy. Coursework is paired with leadership practicum projects in clinical or administrative settings.
• Nursing Research: emphasis is on research design and methods, biostatistics, evidence-based practice, grant writing, and dissemination of research. Students complete an independent research project or thesis and gain experience in critical appraisal and implementation of research into practice.
• Clinical Nursing: develops advanced clinical assessment, diagnostic reasoning, care planning and outcome evaluation for specific patient populations. Entry requirements

Applicants are expected to hold a bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution and hold an active, unrestricted RN licence in the relevant jurisdiction.
