What you'll study

This BBA combines core business foundations with specialised management and operations coursework. You will study functional areas of business—accounting, finance, marketing and economics—while taking focused modules that address the design, control and improvement of organisational processes.

• Core business courses: Principles of Management, Financial and Managerial Accounting, Principles of Finance, Business Law, Marketing, Business Ethics and Strategic Management.
• Operations and management modules: Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Quality Management and Continuous Improvement (including Lean and Six Sigma concepts).
• Analytical and technical skills: Business Analytics, Quantitative Methods for Business, Data Analysis and Decision Support Systems to support evidence-based management.
• Organisational and people skills: Organisational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, Leadership and Organisational Development.
• Experiential learning: Internship or cooperative education placement, a management capstone or practicum, and team-based applied projects with local businesses or non-profit partners.
• Electives and minors: Options to specialise further through electives or a minor in areas such as logistics, entrepreneurship, information systems or sustainability.

Entry requirements

Admissions require a high-school diploma or equivalent with a competitive academic record. Typical preparation includes college-preparatory coursework in English and mathematics. The university considers overall GPA, curriculum strength and supporting materials such as an application form and personal statement.

Standardised test scores (SAT/ACT) may be optional or considered as part of the application depending on current institutional policy. Transfer applicants should supply college transcripts showing successful completion of college-level coursework; some business prerequisites may be required prior to advancing into upper-division major courses.

International applicants must demonstrate English proficiency through recognised tests or qualifications and provide certified academic transcripts and any required visa documentation.
