What you'll study

The programme builds a foundation in core Earth science disciplines and quantitative methods, combining classroom lectures, laboratory work and field experience. Entry requirements

Applicants need an academic secondary-school qualification or equivalent. Successful candidates typically have strong preparation in mathematics and at least one laboratory science (biology, chemistry or physics). Typical supporting subjects at A level or equivalent include mathematics and a science course. Admissions considers overall academic record, recommendations and relevant extracurricular experience such as fieldwork or research.
