The MSc Advanced Construction Technologies and Building Information Management is a practice-focused programme that develops technical and managerial skills for digital delivery of the built environment. What you'll study

This masters combines taught modules, group studio work and a substantial independent research or industry project. Entry requirements

Applicants are normally expected to hold a good honours degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline such as civil engineering, construction management, architecture, building surveying or a related built environment subject. Candidates with a lower-class degree and significant professional experience in construction, design or digital delivery may be considered.

For applicants whose first language is not English, an appropriate English language qualification is required. Applicants should demonstrate practical experience with CAD/BIM software or evidence a willingness to develop those skills quickly; many entrants have some prior exposure to Revit, Navisworks, Bentley or similar tools but beginners with a relevant background are also accepted.
