Applicants are normally expected to hold a UK honours degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline such as psychology, social work, nursing, counselling, education or health sciences. Applicants with significant professional experience in a related field but without a relevant degree are considered on an individual basis, typically requiring evidence of current practice and employer support.

• Relevant professional experience working with individuals, families or communities.
• A satisfactory DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check where practice placements are involved.
