What you'll study

Teaching is arranged as two immersions per year and follows a staged transition from classroom learning to block teaching and structured professional learning in the third year. • Govern client suitability, ethics and regulation via control frameworks with KPIs, playbooks and audit-ready evidence across digital and in-person journeys.
• Mobilise data, Python and AI to generate actionable client insights, dashboards and narratives that support relationship growth and commercial outcomes.
