What you'll study

Students must enrol in subjects from both constituent degrees and follow the specific double‑degree study plan. Course composition and timetabling are managed to avoid conflicts: group assignment procedures allocate students into groups of the Gestion de PYMES degree and allow free choice of group for Relaciones Laborales y RR.HH. where places permit. When examination dates conflict, lower‑course or designated responsible teachers are required to adjust evaluation dates for double‑degree students. Work‑placement, final degree project scheduling and mobility recognition are governed by the respective degree commissions and faculty mobility rules.

Entry requirements

The programme is offered through a specific pre‑registration code with a limited annual intake. For 2026–27 there are 20 new places (10 places deducted from each underlying degree). Admission, pre‑registration, enrolment and credit recognition procedures follow the university regulations for double degrees; administrative management is handled by the Facultad de Economía y Empresa. The programme requires full‑time enrolment: minimum 60 ECTS and maximum 90 ECTS per enrolment period are applied.

Career prospects

Graduates leave with a combined qualification covering SME management and labour relations/HR, equipping them for roles that bridge organisational management and personnel policy. Typical professional directions include management positions in small and medium enterprises, HR and labour relations functions, or roles requiring combined knowledge of business operations and employment regulation. Specific outcomes depend on individual elective choices, internships and external experience.
