What you'll study

The curriculum allocates 45 credit hours to the major and includes eleven dedicated management and leadership courses plus embedded certificates. Course topics and applied projects include:

• Operations and quality management
• Leading change and designing an organizational change plan
• Social intelligence and leadership
• People and organizational analytics
• Strategic communications and constructing strategic plans
• Project management techniques and practice
• Collaborative and competitive negotiations

Students also earn career-ready deliverables through the CSP Global Career Portfolio, curating presentations, projects and work samples to demonstrate readiness to employers.

Entry requirements

Applicants must submit an online application and official transcripts from regionally accredited institution(s) with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0 (4.0 scale). Transfer students with fewer than 20 college credits must also provide a high school transcript. Applicants who attended MNSCU institutions should submit an accompanying DARS or MnTC goal area worksheet. Candidates need access to a computer that meets CSP Global's technology requirements; some applicants may be asked for an academic success essay or additional documentation if initial criteria are not met.

Career prospects

Graduates are prepared for roles such as business or project managers and other leadership positions that require strategic decision‑making, conflict resolution, and people analytics. CSP notes that leadership and management skills are in demand; the program emphasizes building a professional brand and portfolio to present to employers. CSP Global reports that 94.5% of its graduates receive job offers within one year of graduation.

Scholarships & funding angle (general)

Tuition is listed at $420 per credit hour. The 90‑credit option reduces total credits and therefore overall tuition. CSP Global offers many scholarship options, $2,000 partnership scholarships, military tuition reductions, transfer credit for military service, and support for GI Bill and Yellow Ribbon program use. Enrollment counselors can assist with applying for federal aid and institution-specific scholarships.
