What you’ll study

Students complete 36 credits, including 9 credits transferred from an ACEND‑approved dietetic internship. The curriculum features intensive 8‑ and six‑week courses, hands‑on projects, and a culminating capstone that partners with a faculty mentor and an organization of the student’s choice.
