What you'll study

Core coursework focuses on foundational leadership competencies intended to help students inspire, develop and guide others toward shared goals. Courses are delivered entirely online in a seven-week accelerated format. Students choose from nine emphases to direct coursework toward industry-specific skills; emphases let you tailor the major to particular career aims. One named emphasis follows a self-directed structure delivered in 7-week online courses.

Entry requirements

The B.A.S. option is specifically for learners who already possess an Applied Associate Degree from any Wisconsin Technical College System campus or another regionally accredited institution. Those students transfer their applied associate credentials into UW–Green Bay and continue as juniors to finish the bachelor degree. Advisors guide students to the best degree track and support degree planning.

Career prospects

The program prepares graduates for management and leadership roles across business, nonprofit and government settings. Because emphases are career-focused and the student body brings varied professional backgrounds, graduates can pursue supervisory and leadership positions in sectors where they already have experience or seek new opportunities.
