What you'll study

  • Core leadership theory and history, ethical and practical issues in contemporary leadership (LPS 3000: Foundations of Leadership, 3 credits, 7 weeks).

  • Development of communication, collaboration, negotiation and emotional intelligence skills.

Entry requirements

  • Complete online application and $50 application fee.
  • Official transcripts from all previously attended colleges or high school transcript if no prior college.
  • Cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
  • Applicants must be either four years post-high-school, or two years post-high-school with 60 or more college credits; WP Online accelerated programs require applicants to be at least two years post-high-school.
