Programme overview

The East Kootenay Teacher Education Program (EKTEP) enables students to complete a University of Victoria Bachelor of Education at the College of the Rockies campus in Cranbrook, on the traditional territory of the Ktunaxa Nation. EKTEP currently offers two pathways: a Bachelor of Education — Elementary Curriculum and a Bachelor of Education Post‑Degree Professional Program (PDPP) — Elementary Curriculum. Delivery is offered on campus and in blended/hybrid formats, with primary intake in the fall (September).
