• AI Strategic Leadership Bootcamp — 1 week; 2 live sessions (2 hours each); total 4 course hours. Topics: role of AI in HR; prompt engineering for HR tasks; creating job descriptions and recruitment materials; interview guides and evaluation materials; drafting policies and employee communications; building AI-assisted recruitment workflows; AI tools for HR functions; automating routine HR activities; evaluating AI tools; responsible use of AI in employee work including privacy, accuracy, fairness and bias. Participants complete an applied project addressing a real HR challenge.
• Junior AI Engineer — 4 weeks; 12 live sessions; total 24 course hours. Topics: AI fundamentals; context engineering; generative AI and chatbot development; retrieval-augmented generation; workflow automation and AI agents; data preparation and visualization; machine-learning fundamentals; deep-learning fundamentals; responsible AI practices; building and deploying AI-powered applications. Students complete a capstone by building and deploying an AI-powered application.
