What you'll study

The program builds technical and applied skills across the analytics lifecycle. Core topics and tools named in program materials include:

• Programming and analysis with Python and R
• Data management and querying using SQL and Excel
• Data visualization and business intelligence with Tableau and Power BI
• Performing analytics both locally and within cloud environments
• Ethical use of data and data-driven decision-making
• Applied learning through hands-on projects and an integrated capstone

Students may opt to take two additional courses to earn an Applied Artificial Intelligence certificate alongside the MS.

Entry requirements

Applicants must hold a BA or BS from an accredited institution and have a cumulative GPA of at least 2.8. Meeting minimum criteria does not guarantee admission.
