Admission to The College of St. Scholastica follows the institution's standard application and transcript procedures; prospective students are directed to the admissions page for full details. Students who wish to enter the Integrated Engineering (dual-degree) program must meet the program criteria: a 2.5 cumulative GPA or higher, minimum grade of C- in prerequisite math, science, and lower-division engineering courses, and prerequisites must not be completed on a pass/no credit basis. One semester prior to finishing prerequisites, applicants submit an admission application to Minnesota State University, Mankato as part of the integrated program process.

Alumni have also pursued graduate and professional programs in patent law, environmental studies, forensics, medicine, optometry, pharmacy, dentistry, and physician assistant studies. All new first-year applicants receive either the Benedictine Scholarship or the Access Award upon admission.
