The programme blends fundamentals of electrical engineering with specialised study in electronics and communications. Core areas include circuit analysis, digital logic, analogue and digital electronics, signals and systems, control systems, electromagnetics and power fundamentals. Communications-focused modules cover analogue and digital communications, wireless systems, radio frequency (RF) engineering, and signal processing. Practical laboratory work and project-based learning are emphasised, with labs in electronics, microcontrollers and embedded systems, communication systems, and digital signal processing.
Typical study structure progresses from foundational mathematics, physics and introductory engineering courses in the early years to more specialised and applied modules later on.
