Entry requirements

Applicants normally need a good undergraduate degree in engineering, physical sciences, mathematics, computer science or a closely related discipline (for example a UK 2:1 or equivalent). Candidates with a lower second-class honours degree plus relevant professional experience in engineering or technology management may be considered.

Prior experience of quantitative methods and project work is expected. Applicants whose first language is not English will need to demonstrate English language proficiency to the level required by the university.

Selection also takes into account references, personal statement and, where relevant, evidence of practical experience or industry collaboration.
