What you'll study

Entry requirements

Applicants normally need a good undergraduate degree (equivalent to a UK second-class honours, upper division, or 2:1) in a relevant subject such as computer science, electronic/electrical engineering, software engineering, mathematics or a closely related discipline. Applicants with a lower-class degree and significant professional experience in cyber security or a related area may also be considered.

Relevant professional experience, demonstrable programming and systems knowledge, or prior study in networking, operating systems and mathematics will strengthen an application. Applicants whose first language is not English are required to meet the university's English language requirements.
