Entry requirements

  • Academic background: A recognised bachelor’s degree in mathematics or a closely related subject with a substantial component of mathematics (for example mathematical physics, statistics, computer science with strong maths content). Candidates whose undergraduate programme lacks specific modules may be required to complete supplementary courses.
  • Transcripts and documentation: Official transcripts and a degree certificate are required. Applicants usually submit a curriculum vitae and a statement of purpose describing academic interests and intended area of specialisation.
