An online Master of Science in Allied Health with a Healthcare Administration concentration for practicing health professionals who want to move into management and mission-driven leadership. Suited to clinicians and allied health workers aiming to combine management, policy and equity-focused skills to run organizations that serve underserved communities.

What you'll study

Students complete 30 total credit hours: an 18-hour core, 9 hours of advanced practice content, a 3-hour practicum and a 3-hour thesis. Core courses are:

Program completion requires both an Advanced Clinical Practicum (3 hours) and a Thesis (3 hours). The capstone work is intended to address a real-world social justice issue in healthcare.

Entry requirements

Applicants must submit an online application with a 1–2 page personal essay, two letters of recommendation (professional or academic), a professional resume and official transcripts from all postsecondary institutions. A four-year degree from a regionally accredited college or university and a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher are required. International applicants and those without a bachelor’s degree face additional requirements. Applicants may be invited to a Zoom interview at the program chair’s discretion.
