What you'll study

The degree requires 120 total credits, including 60 credits in the management major: 39 credit hours of core business courses, 12 credit hours of core management courses and 9 credits of management electives. Core topics and learning outcomes include creating organizational vision in a global context; planning, organizing and directing diverse teams to meet strategic and tactical goals sustainably and ethically; applying organizational behavior to motivate individuals and teams; using statistical and algorithmic quantitative techniques for decision making and process control; implementing HR policies that foster fair, positive workplaces and career development; and workforce planning.

  • Prerequisite: MATH 1170 Business Math (3 credits) — algebraic and transcendental functions with business applications including finance mathematics.

Entry requirements

Applicants must submit an online application and a $50 application fee plus official transcripts from all colleges previously attended (or high school transcript if no prior college). Minimum cumulative GPA for admission is 2.0 on a 4.0 scale. Students must be at least four years post‑high‑school, or two years post‑high‑school with 60 or more college credits; accelerated WP Online programs require applicants to be at least two years post‑high school.
