Students complete Antioch’s Interdisciplinary Core plus applied and professional components. Core courses include Empowering Your Purpose and Voice; Experience and Expression; Reading and Writing in the 21st Century; Culture, Conflict, and Social Research; and Ecology, Technology, and Society. Applied Studies requirements include a Senior Project.
This is a bachelor’s completion program for individuals with an associate’s degree in a technical or professional field. You may transfer up to 75 credits from an associate’s degree and Antioch accepts between 45–60 semester credits on average; a minimum of 30 semester (or 45 quarter) credits must be completed at Antioch through the Interdisciplinary Core. Prospective students need at least 24 semester credits of transferable undergraduate work, a goal statement, and two letters of recommendation if requested. The program requires basic computer hardware, operating system, and internet connectivity for the online learning environment.
