A three-year undergraduate programme that builds foundational management skills with options to specialise in Marketing, Finance or Human Resource Management. What you'll study

The programme follows a six-semester progression from foundational topics to specialisations. Core and elective subjects drawn from the course material include:

  • Core subjects: Principles of Management, Financial Management, Marketing Management, Organisational Behaviour, Business Statistics.
  • Specialisations / Electives: Marketing, Finance, Human Resource Management with specialised electives such as Digital Marketing, Investment Management, Strategic HRM and AI in Business.
  • Interdisciplinary and additional skills: Open electives, ability-enhancement courses, Environmental Studies, Effective Communication and Foreign Language electives.
  • Practical components: Minor project, compulsory summer internship, major project (research-driven) and industry interaction including case study analysis.
  • BBA (Hons) / Research option: Additional coursework in Business Analytics, FinTech and Data Analysis Tools, plus a dissertation project or MOOC-based certifications.

Entry requirements

Applicants must have completed the 10+2 examination (or equivalent) from a recognised board in any stream. Admission requires qualification in CUET-UG or another national undergraduate test in the discipline; applicants who have not taken these tests will be considered via an NCU-conducted entrance test in the discipline.

Graduates are prepared for roles across corporate and government organisations in areas such as finance, marketing, human resources, research and consultancy. The degree also supports entrepreneurial paths, including launching startups or growing family businesses, and provides a foundation for postgraduate study (for example MBA, MHRM, MSW or similar programmes).
