• Foundation courses: Ethical and Legal Issues in Education/Leadership; Diversity, Ethical Decision Making, and Community Relations; Leading Technology Innovation; Designing Training and Performance Solutions; Curriculum Design.
• Core instructional design courses: Instructional Design Theory; Analysis and Design of Technology–Based Learning Models; Instructional Multimedia; Current Issues in Instructional Technology; plus two electives.
