The Bachelor of Arts in Business Management prepares students to lead and solve real-world business problems. The program is offered on the Duluth main campus or as a 100% online degree that can be completed in as little as two years (typical completion range stated as 2–3 years). Students work with an advisor to create a course plan and may pursue applied learning experiences through internships and campus business activities.

On-campus applicants for first-time study need a high school diploma or GED and a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5; transfer applicants need a high school diploma or GED and a cumulative GPA of at least 2.0. For the on-campus program, applications are accepted for the fall semester through the end of August; deposits are fully refundable until May 1. The online bachelor’s degree accepts applications on a rolling basis. Returning students who have been absent for three continuous semesters must apply for readmission and be in good academic standing. Meeting minimum requirements does not guarantee admission.
Graduates are positioned for management and supervisory roles across sectors such as finance, healthcare, technology, government and entrepreneurship. The program emphasizes ethical application of management theory to practical problems.
