This programme combines core business foundations with specialised coursework in management, operations and process improvement. Typical modules include Principles of Management, Organisational Behaviour, Operations Management, Supply Chain and Logistics, Project Management, Business Analytics, Managerial Finance, Principles of Marketing and Business Law. Students also take courses in accounting and quantitative methods to support operational decision-making.

The curriculum emphasises applied learning: case studies, simulations and team projects are used to practise process mapping, capacity planning, inventory control, quality management and continuous improvement techniques such as Lean and Six Sigma principles.
