What you'll study

The programme combines applied coaching practice, theory and reflective enquiry. You study core coaching models and skills, ethical frameworks and professional practice, together with modules on coaching supervision, group and team coaching, and coaching in organisational contexts. Entry requirements

Applicants are normally required to hold an undergraduate degree (or equivalent) in any discipline or demonstrate equivalent professional experience. Relevant prior experience working in people‑facing roles (for example HR, learning and development, counselling, teaching or leadership positions) is highly valued. Applicants should be able to evidence interpersonal skills and reflective capacity.

Typical application requirements include references, a personal statement outlining motivation for coaching and professional intentions, and an interview or recorded coaching sample in some cases. International applicants whose first language is not English will need to meet the University’s English language requirements.
