Programme overview

Marquette's MS in Applied Statistics is a 30-credit master's designed for students with a formal mathematics and/or statistics background and prior programming experience. The program can be taken full- or part-time; dedicated full-time students may complete the degree in as little as 12 months, while a typical timeline cited is 24 months. Demonstrated English proficiency is required for non-U.S. citizens. Admission is based on having a sufficient formal mathematics and/or statistics background and prior programming experience; if background is insufficient, applicants may be admitted with prerequisite coursework required in the first semester.
