What you'll study

The Diploma of Arts provides broad-based study across humanities, creative practice and communication. Entry requirements

Applicants are normally expected to have completed secondary education or hold an equivalent qualification. Central Queensland University also accepts mature-age applicants on the basis of work and life experience, and there are pathway arrangements for students who do not meet standard academic entry criteria.

• Domestic applicants: secondary school completion or equivalent; alternative entry through a recognised bridging or pathway program may be available.
• International applicants: an equivalent secondary qualification and demonstration of English language proficiency as required by the university (international applicants should consult CQU for acceptable English tests and scores).
• Other pathways: recognition of prior learning (RPL) and credit transfer may be applied where applicants have relevant formal study or industry experience.
