The curriculum covers foundational and advanced counseling topics relevant to substance use treatment. Key areas include:

• Understanding substance use disorders: comprehensive study of SUDs and related pharmacology.

Entry requirements

Scholarships & funding angle (general)

UVU Online notes tuition parity for in-state undergraduate students between online and in-person residency-designated rates. Out-of-state undergraduate students attending fully online classes pay a flat tuition rate of $285 per credit (available to students residing in the United States; international residents do not qualify).
