Programme overview

The Post-Traditional Undergraduate Organizational Leadership: Human Resource Administration track trains students for leadership positions within HR. Coursework covers core HR functions alongside leadership development grounded in Christian principles. The program is offered online in eight-week terms for working adults and carries a total of 121 credit hours. Class format is online; the program is not I-20 or I-17 approved. Program director: Steve Nail. Start terms occur in Fall (August & October), Spring (January & March) and Summer (May & June). The program can be taken at a pace of up to 36 credit hours per year.

Entry requirements

No previous degree is required. Applicants transferring more than 24 credit hours must submit official transcripts from 2- and 4-year institutions. Applicants transferring fewer than 24 credit hours must submit official 2- and 4-year school transcripts plus an official high school or GED transcript. The application deadline is two weeks before a term start date.
