See the degree grade →An accelerated pathway that combines Vanier’s college Diploma of College Studies (DCS) with a university Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from UQAM’s École des sciences de la gestion, completed in about four years. Suited to motivated students aiming to fast‑track a bilingual business education with a marketing emphasis and practical experience through internships and exchanges.
At Vanier, students undertake a condensed, business‑focused curriculum with a marketing orientation over four semesters. This portion culminates in a field internship and/or an exchange opportunity in France; a second internship or exchange can be completed later at UQAM. After transferring to UQAM’s ESG, students select from a broad range of courses taught in English and French and may choose concentrations in marketing, finance or management.
Admission begins by entering Vanier’s Business Administration DEC in either the Marketing or Accounting stream and requesting a program change in the first semester to join the accelerated option. From their second semester onward, students follow a modified, more rigorous curriculum tailored to the accelerated pathway. Students must maintain a minimum R‑score of 28 while at Vanier.
Graduates are prepared for further university study or for roles across business functions. Typical directions include communications, e‑commerce, entrepreneurship, finance, human resources, management, marketing, retail, sales and trade. The program’s internships and exchanges are intended to strengthen graduate CVs and workplace readiness.
