Across the program students learn to design talent acquisition and retention strategies, performance management and employee development programs, total reward strategies, OHS policy, and how to analyse quantitative and qualitative people and business data. The program also covers labour relations in unionized and non‑unionized contexts and ethical, legal, equity, diversity and inclusion considerations.

Entry requirements

Domestic applicants need an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) with Grade 11 mathematics (C, M or U), Grade 12 English (C or U) and four additional Grade 11 or 12 courses (C, M or U). Mature student status is accepted under the same subject requirements, and post‑secondary English and mathematics courses will be considered.
