What you'll study

The curriculum builds a foundation in business administration alongside modules and practical work in modern business analytics methods and tools, data interpretation, and business intelligence. The programme emphasises analytical problem solving, identifying opportunities from data, and applying solutions to improve organisational performance through industry-relevant projects and interactive teaching.

Entry requirements

• Secondary school certificate (high school diploma) certified by the Ministry of Education in Bahrain or equivalent with a minimum average of 60% (or equivalent).
• Applicants below 60% may be admitted if they are classified as gifted/talented (e.g. athletes, recognised artists, entrepreneurs) or hold at least one year of relevant work experience after secondary school.
• Students from non-scientific secondary streams must complete remedial courses as determined by the academic department.
• Transfer students admitted according to university regulations for the award of the Bachelor's degree.
• The University Council may consider applicants below 60% in special cases; admissions under the exception (applicants admitted under clause 2) are limited to no more than 5% of admitted students.
• All admitted students must sit a mandatory English placement test: scores 0–40 require ENG 099 remedial English; students with IELTS ≥5.0 or TOEFL ≥450 are exempt from ENG 099.

Scholarships & funding angle (general)

Tuition is structured by credit hour (92.7 BD per credit hour). Estimated semester fees are 1,390.5 BD (first and second semesters) giving an estimated yearly total of 2,781 BD based on the standard study plan; summer term is optional and charged at the same per-credit rate with a maximum of 9 credits. The university offers partial Academic Excellence Scholarships for the first semester only: 30% for high school averages 95–100% and 15% for averages 90–94.9%. Fees may vary depending on registered course load and are payable in three instalments each semester.
